STATEMENTS OF CLAIM
This section gives our subscribers an up-to-date record of who is involved in statements of claim within the past week. The defendant has 21 days to respond to this action and if no action is taken, then a minute of judgement can be filed.

MINUTE OF JUDGEMENT
This judgement will stay as a record at the courthouse and allows the plaintiff to take additional steps through the court system to collect the debt.

SATISFACTION OF JUDGEMENT
When a debt is paid, or the judgement is discharged due to bankruptcy of the defendant, a satisfaction of judgement will be issued by the court. The ones discharged due to bankruptcy are designated as such in our report.
